Artist-in-Residence Acadia National Park 2018

This August I will be staying in a ranger cabin  on the Isle of Haut in Acadia National Park, painting in one of the most sublime landscapes in the world. Acadia National Park was our country's first national park, created out of many parcels of land donated and acquired by local residents who recognized it's fragile rugged beauty and made up their minds to preserve it. In order to serve the park I will be teaching a free class or workshop on Little Cranberry Island, details to follow. Looking forward to a full immersion experience in the clear blue air of coastal Maine. I will be posting images here of paintings I do there.
